Monitor customer’s native cloud web-based application for shipping quotes to internal staff of the organization. Use CloudWatch Logs Insights to make queries and analyze log data from AWS resources, eg: EKS, Aurora PostgreSQL cluster. Use metrics from them to assess system’s performance. Work with dev team to assist users in troubleshooting system failure and updating data in database.

Mange staff’s assets and accounts using Microsoft Office 365. Assist user in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, help setup meeting rooms.
THE TERMINAL CENTRAL COCKTAIL BAR | December 2021 - June 2022
Worked as a water for three month, then applied for bartender position and worked in probationary position. Served meals and drinks to both domestic and foriegn guests, from that increased efficiency in work and improved own communication skill.
